We specialize in supporting adults with developmental disabilities who were formerly in the care of one of Toronto’s Children’s Aid Societies. At Home + Haven Supported Living, we directly provide residential services for the Transitional Aged Youth (TAY) Program, supporting adults with developmental disabilities who were formerly in the care of Toronto’s Children’s Aid Societies. Our homes offer safe, supportive, and person-centered environments where residents can build the life skills, confidence, and independence needed to thrive in adulthood. In addition to daily care, our team works closely with case managers, community partners, and families to ensure every resident’s needs are met. We also maintain full compliance with Quality Assurance Measures (QAM) regulations through ongoing internal reviews and annual audits—ensuring that our services consistently meet the highest standards of safety, dignity, and quality.
